Description:
Elementary principles of comparative nutrition of farm animals. Discussion and description of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, and minerals, including their digestion, absorption, and metabolism by various livestock.
- ASI courses may require a proctor when taking exams.
- This class section is only available to distance education students. On-campus students must receive permission from the instructor in order to enroll.
