Stress Management
EDCEP 502 - Class Number: 11122
Description:
This class is designed to provide an understanding of the causes and effects of stress on a person's life and to introduce methods for enhancing positive health and reducing unnecessary stress through a variety of relaxation, self-regulation and stress management strategies. The class also provides knowledge and application skills for stress management interventions useful in a professional setting. Biofeedback will not be conducted in the biofeedback lab but will be integrated into the class time. A biofeedback instrument will be given each student.
