Global Issues and Perspectives Social Sciences General Education

Description:

Analysis of globalization and contemporary social problems around the world. Emphasis on non-Western, low-income countries. Examines food and hunger, global warming, debt crisis, democratization, ethnic conflict, and structures of economic and political inequality.
