Includes matrix, graph, and probability theory, dimensionality reduction, clustering, maximum likelihood, Bayesian networks, sparsification, modularity, information theory, hidden Markov chains, branching processes, electrical networks, internet mathematics, random walks, random graphs, random matrices, and search algorithms.
