Empirical and Quantitative Reasoning

Description:

Explores using data analytics to examine Human Resource Management issues in organizations. A diverse set of research methods and analytic techniques will be used to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to examine problems and formulate solutions that can help organization better manage their HR processes.
