Human Diversity within the U.S. Social Sciences

Description:

An examination of human behavior in organizations to prepare individuals for their managerial careers. The course provides a framework for students to diagnose and manage issues associated with personality and individual differences, perceptions, motivation, diversity and inclusion, fairness and equity, decision making, group functioning, conflict management, culture, and leadership in organizations.

  • Class is required for the Human Resource Management Concentration in the General Business degree plan.
