Exercise and Older Adults

Description:
This course will explore the relationship between exercise and the aging process. Specific focus will be on the impacts of aging on the organ systems of the human body, the extent to which exercise may beneficially impact this process, and methodology for assessment of fitness and prescription of exercise in the older adult population.
