Description:
Introduces students to the grant development process and provides an overview of what happens after a grant is awarded. Topics include: identifying funding sources, generating fundable ideas, assessing needs, project planning, budget design, evaluation and project management. Course Objectives - Establish grant development basics. - Identify sources of funding information. - Examine the essential components of a proposal. - Increase comfort with grant proposal writing. - Explore best practices for program management.
