Baking Science I Laboratory

GRSC 636 - Class Number: 14345

Description:

A laboratory course to accompany Baking Science I (GRSC 635). Laboratory exercise in theory and production of yeast-leavened baked products.

  • This course has a non-refundable lab materials fee of $50.
  • Students will be required to conduct the hands-on labs in their home or workplace. It is strongly encouraged that students have a stand mixer for completing the labs.

Permissions:

  • Instructor Huseyin Dogan's permission is required after 08/28/2023.
