Practicum in Bakery Technology I

Description:
Lectures and hands-on laboratory experience with commercial production scale baking equipment for breads and rolls, cookies and crackers, and cakes and sweet doughs.

Prerequisites:
- Recommended prerequisite: GRSC 635 and GRSC 636.
