Ethical Reasoning and Responsibility Social Sciences

Description:

Encourages the development of leadership skills within long-term care organizations by covering administrative principles involved in planning, organizing, and directing and includes in-depth exposure to the standards and regulations governing long-term care, social and medical models of care, and the process of change within these organizations.
