Historical Perspectives Human Diversity within the U.S.

Description:

Covers the history of and current aging policy in the U.S. with topics including: formal and informal caregiving, healthcare, retirement, elder abuse, minority rights, and current movements in aging policy. Focuses on advocacy and policy analysis. Students will formulate, apply, and express their point of view through discussions and integrative projects.
