Pediatric Clinical Nutrition

Description:
The physiological, biochemical and nutritional aspects of disease processes relevant to infants and children up to 18 years of age. Medical nutrition therapy for a variety of medical conditions found in this population will be discussed including inborn errors of metabolism, obesity and diseases of the major organ systems.
