Global Issues and Perspectives Social Sciences

Description:

Public health nutrition issues for various segments of the population; nutritional components of community assessment, program planning, and evaluation; and policy issues pertaining to the nutritional status of the population.

  • Advisor permission required. Enrollment restricted to students in the online Nutrition & Health and Dietetics programs. On-campus students should contact their advisor for seat availability beginning on July 1, 2023.
