Description:
Application of interviewing, counseling and educational techniques in dietetics, including individual and group methods.
- Advisor permission required. Enrollment restricted to students in the online Nutrition & Health and Dietetics programs. On-campus students should contact their advisor for seat availability beginning on July 1, 2023.

Prerequisites:
- Corequisite: FNDH 450
- PSYCH 110 or SOCIO 211 with a grade of C or better; FNDH 450 with a grade of B or better. Enrollment restricted to dietetics majors, non-majors completing CADE requirements, or consent of instructor
