Description:

Methods of nutritional assessment in humans to evaluate dietary intake and body composition; use of biologic markers of human nutritional status.

  • Advisor permission required. Enrollment restricted to students in the online Nutrition & Health and Dietetics programs. On-campus students should contact their advisor for seat availability beginning on July 1, 2023.

  • Students will need to find a Registered Dietitian or related health professional for assistance with some of the assignments.   • FNDH 132 and sophomore standing.
