Nutritional Assessment
FNDH 450 - Class Number: 14201

Description:
Methods of nutritional assessment in humans to evaluate dietary intake and body composition; use of biologic markers of human nutritional status.
- Advisor permission required. Enrollment restricted to students in the online Nutrition & Health and Dietetics programs. On-campus students should contact their advisor for seat availability beginning on July 1, 2023.
