Food Production Management
FNDH 342 - Class Number: 14243
Description:
Application and principles of food production systems and management that include planning, procurement, production controls, work simplification, commercial equipment use, safety, communication and decision making.
- Advisor permission required. Enrollment restricted to students in the online Nutrition & Health and Dietetics programs. On-campus students should contact their advisor for seat availability beginning on July 1, 2023.
- Students are required to find a food production facility for lab work and have approved by the instructor prior to the first day of class. One hour of synchronous class meeting for students every week. If student is unable to attend synchronous meeting, alternatives will be provided.
