Description:

Research or related work with others, or a literature search. Written reports are required. Any field of food science for which the student has adequate background.

  • This class section is only available to distance education students. On-campus students must receive permission from the instructor in order to enroll.
  • FDSCI courses may require a proctor when taking exams.
