Fundamentals of Food Processing

Description:
The study of some basic ingredients used in food processing, principles of preserving and processing of foods, and food packaging. Food science and industry majors should take before the senior year. Taught in cooperation with the Departments of Horticulture, and Grain Science and Industry.
