Clinical Practicum in Reading

EDCI 945 - Class Number: 14318

Description:

Supervised K-12 practicum with candidates working with individuals and small groups of readers using a wide range of evidence-based instructional practices, approaches and curricular materials.

Permissions:

  • Instructor Suzanne Porath's permission is required after 08/28/2023.

Student Requirements:

  • Internet access
  • Internet access is required with video capability. Candidates must also have access to working with K-12 students (3 struggling readers- elementary and middle/secondary students) during the course of this practicum.

Prerequisites:

  • It may be taken in conjunction with EDCI 930.
  • This class must be taken after EDCI 816, 818, 840 and 841.
