Description:
To provide an understanding of the cause and effects of stress on a person’s life, and to empower participants to employ methods of positive changes for effective stress management. Participants will engage in the reduction of unnecessary stress through the experiential practice of evidence-based stress management techniques. Through consistent training, participates will gain a better understanding of everyday stressors and how to prevent/cope with the negative impact of identified stressors, which will ultimately lead to a more productive and successful career as a student and employee.
