Organization and Operation of Training and Development

Description:

This course will focus on the process of developing and conducting a training and development program based on individual and organizational needs. The focus of the course will be on expanding the students' knowledge related to learning, training, and development concepts, models, and theories; developing an effective needs analysis to determine training needs; and planning a training and development program that would address the identified needs.
