Creating a Competitive Health Professional School Application
DAS 315 - Class Number: 13569
Description:
This course provides guidance and resources to students who are preparing for the application process in the health professions. Topics include current trends in health care, interprofessional education, health care disparities, and the importance of cultural competency. Students will also learn about the application process, which will include the drafting of a personal statement, professional school investigation, entrance exam planning, identifying individuals who will letters of recommendation, and preparing for the interview process as well as financial planning.
