Companion and Laboratory Animal Management
ASI 520 - Class Number: 13642
Description:
General biology and management of pets in zoos, kennels, and at home. Working safely with companion animals. Management of animals in kennels, shelters, research facilities, and zoos. Regulatory issues of small animals used as companion pets and in laboratory research. Interactive discussion and written skills will be emphasized.
- ASI courses may require a proctor when taking exams.
- Enrollment restricted to students admitted to a Global Campus (online/distance) program. On-campus students must receive permission from the instructor in order to enroll.

- Prerequisite: Junior standing. Recommended prerequisite: ASI 107.
