Description:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Write and communicate effectively in business contexts; Use new technology to enhance writing skills; Communicate information tailored to the needs and expectations of audiences; Compose a professional, relevant, and accurate resume and job or graduate school application packet; Gather, evaluate, and summarize information for research purposes (secondary research); Compile primary and secondary research findings in an analytical report; Work effectively on a team in an online environment; Prepare an effective presentation using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Prezi; Demonstrate knowledge, personal attributes, and skills related to multiculturalism and diversity.
